We can’t keep falling for bulls@!t

The weight loss industry is a lucrative soulless cesspool of utter bull shit. Flat out someone is trying to sell you something. You see their lean, fit body, and you think, “ Wow all it takes is whatever they’re selling” and boom you’re thin? Even Ozempic will take longer then you think!

Somehow from whatever image you see all hell breaks loose and that weak part of you decides their intentions are pure and they’re just trying to help you lose weight and be fit like them.

Sadly my friend, they ain’t. Majority of these folks probably starve themselves, and take the human growth hormone. Also this is probably a small snippet in their life when they look like a lean adonis of sorts.

Another scenario is their positive genetics are coupled with the fact that they’ve been lifting and exercising for years, and that is the reason they are lean and luscious. You just never know, the only thing you do know is they didn’t get that body from whatever it is they are trying to sell you. You don’t have those genes, whatever they’re selling won’t provide you with their genes and their falsely portrayed ease of attaining lean muscular bodies.

We have to stop looking at ads for fat loss as some kind of excuse to believe absolute bulls@!t. You have to remain rational when consuming these ads as they prey on the weakest part of us. Majority of people, even fit ones, can fall for this crap.

Deep down we know what they are selling will not work.  But what if this one does? It will not, it is all untrue. I like to quote Judge Judy here, “don’t pee on my leg and tell me it’s raining.” That is exactly what these ads are doing.
